50 Shades of Gray was problematic, but we're all about the 3️⃣ shades of J Brix is serving up. The lightest and brightest, Island of Souls ☀️, a 30-day co-ferment of Grenache Blanc, Picpoul, and Vermentino, pair sunshine with sunshine and throw some cheese in the mix. Next up is Nomine Amoris 🍇, a 13-day skin contact pinot gris packing a little less acidity and a little more red fruit but also honey and minerality. Last up, Nullius in Verba 🍷, like an older brother from the same mother but raised in a different part of town. This pinot gris is fermented for 90 days on the skins in amphora - elegant but feral. Just the way we like it! 🤩

The days are getting shorter and nights a little colder, but you’re still not ready to say goodbye to rosé season? 🍂🌹 Try sipping on Clos Cibonne Cuvée Spéciale des Vignettes- she’s lowkey and chill(able) like other rosés, but she’s different 👉 made from the rare grape Tibouren and aged for 12 months under a local yeast called “Fleurette,” this rose speaks to late summers transition to fall. 🍷✨ Think oversized sweaters, lingering sunsets, deep talks, and warm soup. Deep red fruits and baking spices on the nose with a long mineral finish and a full mouthfeel.
