We will be closed Dec. 31 & Jan 1st to bring in the New year and spend my birthday with my 4 legged kids. Happy New Year to each and everyone of you. Thank you for all your support throughout the year cause if it wasn't for you guys we wouldn't be here. So lets take 2025 and make it the best year yet for our community. We love you guys!

UPDATE....I think all the money has been raised for her surgery. I will find out later this morning. My Christmas Wish....So the dog that was hit at Rt.50 last night has a crushed pelvis and broke hip I believe that's how they said. The owner is in jail so dog was surrendered to Harrison Co Humane Society so she can get treatment. With the cost of the surgery and all her needs I was hoping to raise some money to help offset some cost. She deserves a loving safe home. I'm gonna call tomorrow to get vet info so if you find it in your heart to help make a Christmas wish come true for this beautiful soul you can call and donate directly. I know times are hard and it's Christmas but $5 would make such a difference for her. Please help if you can, share too please. We will have a donation jar in the store as well. OK I've struggled with posting or not posting cause this is bigger than just us. So I decided to tell my side of circumstances. So let's go back a little over 2 yrs....
A dog comes running down the road, we catch it tie it up and take the number off the collar call it and leave a message that their dog is here at the store. The guy from Monday nite comes picks up dog we talk a few minutes and he leaves.
We are now back to now. Monday nite he comes in and to make a long story short accuses me of stealing his dog 2 + years ago. He said I lied to the cops the day he picked up his dog, I don't remember the cops being here. He kept telling me not to f**k with him. He said he would tear this motherf**ker down around me then said he would burn it to the ground. No amount of me talking to him helped it seemed to agitate him more. He told me I would respect 23 or get the f**k off of it. Then said you & Sonny Smith are gonna respect 23 or stay the f**k off it. He finally left. I wasn't to concerned other than finding out his name to start, he's a very dangerous person right now. In my opinion he's having some kind of psychotic break. He was arrested yesterday so hopefully he gets the help he needs. Out of respect for his family I won't post his name right now.

Til further notice our door will be locked when the outside lights come on usually around 5. We will continue to be open til 6 for now. If you need something you can call or I will unlock the door when I know who it is. Everyone safety is my responsibility. I know it's an inconvenience but it has to be this way for a bit. Please understand for my safety as well.

ok so here's my situation... we have a dog thats been really sick since yesterday sometime. he's throwing up, not eating ot drinking. We have to meet the vet at his office at 8:30 in the morning. So as bad as I hate to do this this late of notice but I will be here as soon as I can tomorrow. I'm hoping to be here by no later than 11 unless something goess really wrong, please pray for my baby.
