Lots of fun helping these two buy their first home! We prepared thoroughly and reviewed the process so they immediately knew when we found the one - a beautifully finished townhome with an incredibly private yard overlooking water, and a huge owners suite complete with a fireplace - did I mention the swimming pool? I pulled some tools out of my toolkit to help them win out of multiple offers & now they’ll be sitting poolside this summer & relaxing on their deck overlooking the water!

These two were so fun to work with and fortunately for me, bought a house with me in my neighborhood so I still will get to see them often! ❤️

My sweet client built this home with her husband in the 1960’s. They raised their three kids in this home and it was the gathering place for countless get togethers, holidays, ice skating parties, play dates and bible studies. They lived in this home for 60 years until it was finally time to downsize and I got to help her through that process every step of the way.
