We are looking for a team-oriented wine protessional to help lead our wine program.
The right individual will have a passion for wine, and a strong interest in beer and spirits. We are looking for demonstrated customer service skills in a retail or hospitality setting. The Wine Lead position is an opportunity to learn and grow with us, by working closely with our wine buying team.

Cab Franc can be a wild beast, burly and bold to the degree you need to blend it in small percentages in order for it to 'play nice'.

Planted in the Loire Valley, however, the cool climate tames it to be a gentle giant. It’s a phenomenal selection for Autumn in Minnesota, and very versatile in food pairing. It will complement most Thanksgiving dishes; turkey, stuffing, potatoes, your aunt’s casserole…

Anybody want to take a road trip?

We’re gonna do something a little different this spring: a coffee and donut pop-up! It’ll start next Saturday, April 27 and go through the next four Saturdays from 7:00 - 11:00. Why? Because Sweetland Orchard employee extraordinaire, Jessica Brooks, bought a coffee truck!!! And because we love making donuts, muffins, scones . . . and we think we might love making apple fritters too.

The first stop is Portugal with a steal-Encostas de Baiao vinho verde a light and easy appetizer crowd pleaser wine, then over to Austria with crisp white blend ideal for Easter feasts, down to Sicily with Terre Nerre’s high scoring Etna Rosso that’s peaking now flavor wise and finally the southern Rhone for a red blend from Domaine St Andeol that’s a match made in heaven for lamb.
