To start off our new series of informational posts about wine we're starting with a perennial favorite - Pinot Grigio.

Pinot Grigio or Pinot Gris started as a mutation of the Pinot Noir grapes. Pinot Gris can have hints of fruit flavors such as lemon, lime, pear, and even apple. It pairs well with pasta, chicken, and seafood dishes, which explains its popularity in Italy.

First post on the new Page - Here we go!

You may wonder why we've created a new page for our small business. Like many in this country we have muddled our way through the COVID-19 pandemic. Now that we are on the other side it seemed like time for a fresh start. We'll be posting new items, promotions and information multiple times a week to start off.

We're so grateful to everyone who has continued to shop with us through the years and we hope our neighbors in Highland Park will check us out.
