Corn Chip Salad

Ingredients:
● 2 (15-ounce) cans whole kernel sweet corn
● 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
● 1 cup mayonnaise
● 1 small sweet onion, chopped
● 1 medium red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
● 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
● Freshly ground pepper, to taste
● 1 (9.25-ounce) bag Crav’n Flavor Original Corn Chips, crushed

Method:
1. In a large bowl, mix together the corn, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, onion, bell pepper,
cilantro and ground pepper until evenly combined. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
2. Just before serving, mix in crushed corn chips.

Loaded Sheet-Pan Nachos

● 1 pound ground beef
● 1 tablespoon taco seasoning mix
● 1 (11-ounce) bag Crav’n Flavor Yellow Corn Triangle Tortilla Chips
● 1 1/2 cups black beans, drained and rinsed
● 1 cup canned whole kernel sweet corn, drained
● 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
● 1 medium tomato, diced
● 1 small red onion, diced
● 1/4 cup sour cream
● 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
● 1 jalapeno, seeded and thinly sliced

Method:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a rimmed baking sheet.
2. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook until no longer pink.
Drain the fat, and season with the taco seasoning mix.
3. Arrange the tortilla chips in a single layer on the baking sheet. Top with ground beef,
black beans, corn and shredded cheese.
4. Bake for 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. Sprinkle with tomato and red onion.
Drizzle the sour cream over nachos and sprinkle with cilantro and jalapeno.

Ge**er Products Company is initiating a recall and discontinuation of all batches of GERBER® SOOTHE N CHEW® TEETHING STICKS due to a potential choking hazard for babies and young children. The complete announcement can be found here: https://tinyurl.com/23562zvr

The recall was initiated after receiving consumer complaints of choking incidents. To date, one emergency room visit has been reported to the firm.

Guests who may have purchased GERBER® SOOTHE N CHEW® TEETHING STICKS should not feed this product to their child and can return the product to the store for a full refund. Anyone concerned about an injury or illness should contact a health care provider.

Crispy Ranch Chicken Strips

Ingredients:
● 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
● Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
● 2 large eggs
● 5 cups Crav’n Flavor Ranch Tortilla Chips, crushed
● 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
● 1/4 cup honey
● 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
● 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
● 2 teaspoons white vinegar
● 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Method:

1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Put flour into a shallow bowl, season with salt and pepper, and whisk together. In a
second shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs. In a shallow dish add the crushed tortilla
3. Dip chicken into the flour to coat and shake off excess. Transfer to the egg to coat and
allow excess to drip. Finally, coat the chicken in the crushed tortilla chips, gently pressing
to adhere. Place the chicken onto the baking sheet. Repeat until all the chicken is coated.
4. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes on each side, or until the chicken reaches an internal
temperature of 165°F.
5. While the chicken is baking, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, mayonnaise,
vinegar and paprika. Serve the honey mustard with the baked chicken.
