Dear Valued Customers and Community Members,

It is with mixed emotions that I announce the sale of Beverage Mart today, a beloved St. Albans establishment that has been a part of my life and your community for nearly five decades.

Since purchasing the store in 1976, I have poured my heart and soul into growing Beverage Mart into the thriving business it is today. Beverage Mart has been my life for over 49 years. It allowed me to spend valuable time working with my late sons, Tom and Mark, for years that I will forever cherish.

What began as a 3,000-square-foot space has expanded to over 17,000 square feet, encompassing Vermont's top spirits store, Vermont's most extensive wine selection, a bustling deli, Hoss’s Dog House, and a convenient redemption center. I am incredibly proud of the variety and value we've been able to offer our customers over the years.

This decision to sell was not made lightly, but I know it's right. I am confident that the new owner Nitant Raval, and his family will continue to uphold the high standards and commitment to the community that Beverage Mart has always maintained. The same Beverage Mart team will continue to provide the best services you have become accustomed to over the years.

I want to express my deepest gratitude to our loyal customers who have supported Beverage Mart. Your patronage has meant the world to me, and I will cherish the memories and relationships I have built here.

Ring in the New Year with a delicious Champagne Margarita!

INGREDIENTS
1/2 c fresh lime juice
1 c silver tequila
1/2 c orange liquer
1 bottle champagne (about 3 cups)
Lime wedges, for rim
Salt, for rim

DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher and stir well.
Run lime wedges around the rim of each champagne flute and dip rims in coarse salt.
Divide margaritas between flutes and garnish with lime wedges.
