During 5K day we have lots of fun activities for the girls. From decorating their running bibs to hairspray and poster making stations, the girls are able to show off their creativity and excitement for the end of the season! Keep a lookout for registration for the Fall Season, opening August 12!

Girls on the Run coaches are trained volunteers who lead a team of participants through a season of powerful and fun lessons. You do not need to be a runner; you simply need to have a desire to support and encourage the next generation.

Last week at Girls on the Run we explored our emotions. We experienced many emotions doing this activity 😃🥴🤪 and learned that all emotions are good - even the uncomfortable ones! We also learned the importance of teamwork. Great job girls and coaches. Girls on the Run is so much fun! 🌟

All this week, our girls are completing their practice 5Ks throughout the region. This is where nervous “I don’t know if I cans” get replaced with joyful “I did its!!”, and girls cheering for their teammates, running back to help each other with final laps, and finally, the tunnel of completion! This tunnel was so much fun we had to replicate it…3 times 😆 Girls, girls, girls on the Run, Girls on the Run is SO MUCH FUN!!! 🌟💥
