Happy Friday!!!!
We have something very exciting for the Gin Drinkers.
We have James May's London Drizzle. Yes that James May from Top Gear, The Grand Tour, Man Lab, Oh Cook and countless others.

It is a curious gin. It has an amazing floral botantical smell and flavor. They've combined beetroot with lovage, bay, orange, and ginger to create a gin with light notes alongside earthy tones that give an almost umami quality to the gin.

Come on in a grab a bottle for your TGIF or Mother's Day celebration.
Cheers!

The St. Patrick’s Day we celebrate today has come a long way from the religious observance of a patron saint that originated in 17th-century Ireland. Traditional or not, the holiday serves as an annual excuse to enjoy a drink and some good craic. From Irish whiskey drinks to vibrant green cocktails,
As we are all Irish on St. Patty’s Day let’s try this drink called Brotherhood and celebrate the day in style. To your health: Sláinte!

Happy National Mulled Wine Day! Even though the weather is a bit warmer today a nice warm wine with spices can still hit the spot. Cheers!
• 1 (750 ml) bottle of dry red wine
• 1/4 cup brandy (or orange liqueur)
• 1 orange, sliced into rounds (also peeled, if you would like a less-bitter drink)
• 8 whole cloves
• 2 cinnamon sticks
• 2 star anise
• 2 to 4 tablespoons sugar, honey, or maple syrup to taste (or your desired sweetener)
• optional garnishes: citrus slices (orange, lemon and/or lime), extra cinnamon sticks, extra star anise

1. Combine ingredients. Add wine, brandy, orange slices, cloves, cinnamon, star anise, and 2 tablespoons sweetener to a large saucepan. Stir briefly to combine.
2. Simmer. Cook the mulled wine on medium-high heat until it just barely reaches a simmer. (Avoid letting it bubble — you don’t want to boil off the alcohol.) Reduce heat to low, cover, and let the wine simmer for at least 15 minutes or up to 3 hours.
3. Strain. Using a fine mesh strainer, remove and discard the orange slices, cloves, cinnamon sticks, and star anise. Give the mulled wine a taste, and stir in extra sweetener if needed.
4. Serve. Serve warm in heatproof mugs, topped with your favorite garnishes.

Terms of affection can really sweet talk your loved ones today. And a great libation can help celebrate. How about trying The Bee’s Knees.
A great choice to make for your “honey”, this cocktail dates back to the Prohibition era and is simplicity in a glass with only a few ingredients. Combine a half cup of honey with a quarter cup of water and five sprigs of thyme. Place the mixture in a small saucepan on medium heat for about two minutes. Let the syrup cool to room temperature and discard the thyme. For your convenience, you can prepare the honey syrup up to two weeks in advance and chill it in the refrigerator.
Now it’s time to make the drink. Take a shaker and pour in two ounces of gin, along with ¾ ounce of fresh lemon
juice and the honey syrup. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously, then strain.
Cheers!

Chinese Rice Wine, the drink of prosperity! This traditional Chinese alcoholic beverage is like a fizzy, fermented hug in a bottle made from glutinous rice. It’s often served during Chinese New Year for good luck, prosperity, and longevity. Plus, the wine’s rice represents wealth and abundance; it’s like liquid money!

Come on in and pick up a bottle of your favorite libation or try a new one....Cheers!

For those that want a more refined Groundhog day celebration how about the classic dry dirty martini.......
½ oz dry vermouth
2 oz gin
A dash of olive brine
Pimiento stuffed olive or lemon twist to garnish

A fun fact:
Some say that the number of olives should be odd rather than even, and that you can always serve olives on the side and let the drinker choose how many they would like. Others recommend pimiento stuffed olives, which give the succulent green olive a mild, but decidedly extra zip.
