Freedom Brew out of Maryland. Veteran owned and operated. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of their beers go to help military personnel and veterans.
*American Lager- A classic version of the beer that founded American beer. This golden lager is light enough to drink on a hot summer day and flavorful enough to pair perfectly with steak, barbecue, chicken or fish.
*Amber Lager- A medium-bodied, well rounded, toasted malt character, with medium brown color and a wonderful clean finish.
*Hazy IPA- Forget the west coast, east coast, blah, blah, blah. This is a rockin’ Hazy IPA. Hops up front, smooth on the finish. Not bitter at all…Oh yeah, this is what an IPA should be and it may become your staple IPA if you’re not careful.
Villa Jolanda wines are crafted by Santero, a sparkling and still wine producer located in Piedmont, Italy in the southwest province of Cuneo.
These wines are delicious, refreshing and sweet!

- Blanco is rich, round and smooth. A siren on it's own, and even better over ice or in your favorite margarita.
- Fuego: They take their 100% blue agave Tequila and infuse it with their proprietary jalapeño blend for a delightful concoction that is smooth as sillk but with a kick.
- Reposado takes their blanco base then ages it another 6 months in wooden bourbon & wine cases. The result is deep, rich and earthy.

This gin is a rare, aromatic blend of 47 botanicals of the Black Forest and India. Meticulously crafted with lingonberries, hand-peeled citrus fruits, herbs, flowers and spices, it is produced in batches using traditional distilling methods.

We have an exciting event coming up this month! Tommy from Superbird Tequila will be here on Friday May 31st from 4pm-7pm tasting us on his delicious tequilas and canned cocktails. They are bringing a Henna tattoo artist with them.
We also have Aaron Wolfe from October Tattoo Company coming along with Darrell from Just the Tip Tattoos. They'll be offering free tattoos, so get here early!

I want to thank everyone who has continued to support us through these tough times. Unfortunately, the road is still closed and we're still struggling. I spoke with some of the road crew last week and they're saying it will be closed until the end of May. (We all know what that could mean) It's going to continue to be tough for us. I understand the detour isn't the most convenient, but if you could, please take a beautiful car ride through the mountains and come up to see us and support us. Pursuit Bourbon:
They unite the best characteristics from multiple bourbons, regardless of mashbill, distillery, and location to develop a one-of-a-kind flavor profile that breaks free from tradition and starts a new adventure. This four grain expression uses rye and wheated bourbons to create an uncommon whiskey.
NOSE
Aromas of hazelnut, honeycomb, mulling spices, and fresh toasted oak.
TASTE
Initial wave of brown sugar and honey that transitions into a malted chocolate ball and bright citrus tea.
FINISH
A warm and gradual progression of a spicy orange marmalade.

This expression is for those who seek more from the sweet side of rye. A higher corn percentage provides bourbon-like qualities but gets another layer of complexity by finishing it with 36-month air dried French oak staves that previously held sherry. The maturation process is closely monitored to ensure balance so the sherry adds a nuance that will appeal to every whiskey drinker.

This expression is for those who seek more from the sweet side of rye. Each blend is different and bears its own name and symbol, inspired by something in Dixon’s life. The Kiawah Blend is a nod to Dixon’s happy place where he goes with family and friends to relax, unwind, and recharge. The Kiawah Blend’s mouthfeel is viscous and rich, moving from initial sweetness on the front of the palate, to more savory notes on the mid-palate, and finishing with a lingering peppery spice.
