Domaine de Fa Beaujolais En Besset 2019. If any wine can conjure the sound of crunchy leaves underfoot, dusky-moist woodsy aromas, and the crisp bite of cool autumn air at dawn or dusk, this wine can. This snappy red has presence and pairs well with any of those fall meats and veggies that come out of the oven golden brown from roasting. 😀

Something fun and different for the summer. Reds you serve slightly chilled. Gamay from Julienas, a Cru Beaujolais. Brachetto from Piedmont. Back label says “Chill, shake, serve.” Grignolino from Piedmont.

All are yummy!

n September of 2000, we were fortunate enough to secure a few tons of Cabernet Sauvignon from a small grower in Oakville.
