It’s back and we have it here at Greenhill, ready for grab and go or call your pizza in and we will have it ready when you get here!!!

For entertainment purposes tonight!!!

We had a customer order a pizza and bring it back saying it looked 3 days old. Sent me a photo of same. Other customers present during the complaint thought the actions of the customer was a little extra and said the pizza looked fine. Even ate it cause the customer told them they could have it.
Not saying our employees don’t make mistakes or that they haven’t ever sent out a pizza that I wished they wouldn’t but with that being said, can we just get another view on if this looks 3 days old to anyone.

And like I said, things do get messed up now and than and we understand this happens. But it’s as simple as calling and being respectful to the employees, as I assure you they have no intentions of sending out a bad product.

And then on our side of the business we also have to be the guys that stand up to those that complain no matter how great the pizza is even if they stand there and watch every step of the pizza being made and then complain it wasn’t made with what they asked for even though they changed the order ten times before it was placed in the oven.

We have now have a full tank of Diesel, will be getting topped off with Kerosene today and will be topped off on propane today. We are currently have inventory on all
fuels.
