The impact of the global pandemic caused by Covid-19 is very fluent. We want to reassure you that the entire Federated Co-ops team is taking steps to protect the health and safety of our employees, you our customers and the many communities we serve.

We are working with all our team members and making adjustments to our work flow so we can continue to provide the products and services you need. Our Agronomy, Energy and Retail teams will continue to update their plans to ensure we can continue to operate to support our business and provide you with outstanding service.

If you are a PROPANE CUSTOMER and not on scheduled delivery, please check your tank. If you are at 60% or below, we would recommend you order today on line at www.federatedcoops.com and access the “order” tab at the top of the page or call 800-671-9759. At the current time, all our drivers are on the road and out servicing every day. Given the ever changing environment, we are doing our best to get ahead of service in case we have a spread of the virus, reducing our team due to illness, preventing us from delivery on a timely manner. While there are many unknowns, I am confident by working together, we will not have a disruption of service.
