Lanmar Services created a model for an acoustical study of the Oracle Arena. Specific attention was paid to the unique steel structure and the cat walks and other equipment located above it.

Lanmar Services modeled this hockey arena based on as build construction documentation and traditional measuring techniques. Documentation had been lost for the project and multiple remodels were not documented consistently. Lanmar worked with an on-site team to attain missing information. Although Lanmar was able to produce a fully functional Revit model based on existing construction documents alone, the project would have had a shorter timeline if modeled from scans. This project demonstrated that modeling from laser scans is approximately three times faster than modeling from existing documentation and traditional survey techniques.

This model was created for the purposes of creating a 3D print of a NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration - facility to be displayed in museums. As NASA tears down some of its older sites, Lanmar has been assisting in documenting the facilities for historic and education purposes.

Lanmar Services modeled the structural elements and site of a 250,000 SF campus center on the Harvard University campus in Cambridge, MA. The project included extensive modeling of piping in the basement and sub-basement level. The Lanmar team modeled over 15,500 individual pieces of piping and duct as well as detailed models of custom mechanical, pluming and electrical equipment.
