Good Morning V***rz Customers, we have some sad news to announce this morning.

As most of you know yesterday in the middle of the night, our Whitesboro location flooded. We had zero time to save any inventory. Everything is a total loss.

It is with heavy hearts that we have decided with the current pending legislations keeping us in limbo, and the total devastation of our busiest location we can not at this time rebuild/reopen the Whitesboro location.

No news is good news for now. We will be selling flavors until we are told not to. The temporary restraining order against the flavor ban is still in place. There has not been an announcment stating when it will be addressed so far. When we learn more we will share. Keep your eyes on our page for future updates. Thank you for your continued support!

The DOH Public Health and Health Planning Council Special Hearing on the Menthol Ban that was tentatively scheduled for tomorrow is CANCELLED. Additionally, the Menthol Ban will NOT be on the agenda for their regular meeting next week. They are not certain yet when or if it will be rescheduled.

Enforcement of the NY State flavor ban begins on Friday. If you want to stock up, the time is now! All flavored e-liquids INCLUDING menthol are on sale at 65% off!!! To***co flavors are 30% off until Thursday at 7pm as well.

All flavors except menthol and to***co will be removed from the shelves on Thursday night after closing. They will no longer be available for purchase unless the ban is repealed.

We will continue to sell menthol, to***co, and flavorless e-liquid as well as devices and atomizers after enforcement of the flavor ban begins on Friday morning.
