Mr Honey did a local delivery that ended up going 8656 miles away to the South Pole. My son (Colby) went to Antarctica in late Oct 2024 to work as a firefighter/EMT. He went to New Zealand to get all the cold weather clothing and then on to McMurdo on an Air Force C-17. After 20 years of active duty service, I retired out of the Air Force in 2008. I was a C-17 loadmaster my last 10 years of service. An Air Force C-130 took him from McMurdo to the South Pole. Since he has been at the South Pole, there have only been a handful of flights bringing in supplies due to weather. Monday Jan 6, 2025 a C-17 dropped a CDS bundle with fresh fruits and vegetable’s. I wish I could send the research center gallons of honey, but it is just not possible. He will be back home in a few months. He was able to take photos of our honey on the South Pole marker. Take a look.

Mr Honey stopped by Olive Coffee Co. to drop off some Local Arkansas Honey. At this time they have two location with the third one opening soon. Great place to meet with friends and take a break. Another location that you can pick up some great local honey.

The Mr. Honey truck stopped by The Artistic Bean Coffee House and Crossy Coffee in Fort Smith to supply them with Local Crawford County Honey. Stan at Artistic is a great guy. He has a nice selection of guitars in the coffee shop and might play you a song if you ask nicely. Stop by and get you a great cup of coffee and some honey.

Mr Honey headed up to Garfield Arkansas to deliver 30 pounds of hot honey. Our customer uses it in his restaurant in Missouri that makes chicken and waffles. Garfield is a good place for us to meet and the convenience store we meet at has some great breakfast burritos. I always carry a bear of our hot honey in my door for pizza and burritos.

Mr Honey has been busy delivering Arkansas Local Honey and pure beeswax candles. Since my son and his family lives in NWA, where I usually do most of my deliveries; it works out great for me to stop by and spend time with my grandson. We go to park and clean up my truck. He loves to spend time outside and playing in my Mr Honey truck.

Mr Honey stopped by War Eagle Mill yesterday to drop off Local Arkansas Honey and pure beeswax candles. Mark (the new owner) has done a great job on the entrance walkway and changing the layout of the Mill’s store. Our honey stand has been moved beside the window overlooking the water wheel, spill over, and the bridge. I am very happy with the changes Mark has made. The restaraunt should be back open in a couple weeks. They had a water leak after the cold temps, so they are replacing the floors and making a few changes. Hopefully I will be able to grab some lunch on my next delivery. Stop by, take a look, and get you some honey.
