Arrington Enterprises was founded in 1965 by L.D. and Ruth Arrington, starting at Hugh's Drive-Up Snack Bar here in Rocky Mount, VA. L.D. purchased his first Dairy Queen on December 1st, 1970.

In the 45+ years we have grown to employ over 200 associates with three generations of the Arrington Family actively involved in day to day operations. We currently operate 4 Dairy Queen Restaurants, 3 Bojangles' Restaurants, and 1 Exxon Convenience Store while maintaining our focus on our mission statement:
