Crown Royal Butterfly Pea Whisky Sour

1.5 oz. Crown Royal Fine De Luxe
1 oz. Lemon Juice75 oz. Organic Agave Nectar
Egg Whites
6 Butterfly Pea Flowers

Garnish with dehydrated lemon wheel.
Rim glass with edible glitter. Rim martini glass with lemon juice and edible glitter. Muddle butterfly pea flowers and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker until juice becomes purple. Add remaining ingredients. Hard shake for 10 seconds. Add ice and hard shake again for 10 seconds. Strain into a coupe. Garnish with butterfly pea flowers on the dehydrated lemon wheel.

2 oz Baileys Chocolate
1 oz Blanco Tequila
0.5 oz Simple syrup
5 fresh raspberries
Cocktail skewer

Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with raspberries in a cocktail skewer and enjoy—watch out for a vampire wanting a sip. 🧛🏻‍♂️
