Another female LOCAL entrepreneur has gone from “crew” to “captain”. Captain of her own ship that is!
So proud of my friend who is the owner of the new Ideal Theater & Bar in NewBo! If you haven’t been, go. No excuses. Ideal is open 7 days a week from 3pm to 2am! Whaaa! They have a kick ass happy hour and you will NOT believe how this historic theater has been brought back to it’s original grandure! Oh and one more thing, Kenyon also believes in supporting LOCAL herself by choosing her favorite wine distributor to provide the wine! Wineworks Inc.!

Hey Wineworks Inc. fans! It’s been spell since we have posted on this page and for that I apologize…kind of. It’s been really nice to have a break from the world of wine! Many of you wonder what I have been up to since the closing of the Wine House, so it’s time to bring you up to speed and be more diligent about posting on this page!
After a few months to myself, I’ve spent more time recently helping Ron with our wine distribution business and it’s been so fun. Selling, helping mentor new business, staff in-services, deliveries etc…I can enjoy the wine industry now without being married to a retail store. There are so many great retail stores selling our wine in the CR area and through this page, I’ll help navigate who they are and what they are offering in terms of brands and events. These places are working hard and deserve your biz!

I’ll lead off by sharing some great pics with you from our Labor Day week trip to Napa! It was a wonderful and long overdue trip really focusing on spending time with winery owners who have become friends and who have shown us great support over the years. This trip was about spending quality time with them and some other good friends! It was all time record heat out there so we did spend some time around the pool relaxing and drinking blended umbrella drinks!
