Hello to our Town Supervisors, Village Mayors and Town/Village Clerks,
SEEC Resiliency Fund Applications Available NOW:
SEEC is pleased to announce a $75,000 Resiliency Fund to help the Schoharie County business community. A press release is attached to this email, as well as a write up from last week's Times Journal.
Businesses can apply for a grant, up to $2,500 or a loan/grant combination, up to $5,000 (0% interest, 6 month grace period and 36 month repayment period; timely payments on the loan portion result in the remaining $2,500 being forgiven).
Applications and eligibility terms can be found on the SEEC Business Resource Hub. Completed applications should be emailed to Julie Pacatte, SEEC Executive Director, at
[email protected].
Locally Sourced PPE & Other Reopening Supplies:
SEEC's "SchoCo Forward: Business Reopening/Recovery Task Force" has come up with a list of local businesses with available stock of PPE and other reopening supplies for purchase (signage, banners, plexiglass, sanitizer, floor stickers, etc). The list will be updated, as stock and availability change. Please let us know if you have a business in your municipality that should be listed. We've also created a one-sheet/poster (attached) with easy to use QR codes (scan the code on your phone and it takes you right to the database).

Please share this information on whatever platforms you typically use to communicate with your constituents.
Let us know if you have community-specific needs that SEEC might be able to assist with. We stand by as an ally for the entire County, as we help the business community work through the reopening phases of the NY Forward plan and look ahead to the recovery phase, to ensure the sustainability of our community.
All the best,
Trisha Miller
