Laphroaig 10yr 750ML ($5 OFF) AND Johnnie Walker Double Black 750ML ($4 OFF) from 10/2 thru 10/31/24!
Bill’s Penicillin Antidote
+ 2 oz. Johnnie Walker Double Black
+ 3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
+'3/4 oz. honey & ginger simple syrup
+ 1/4 oz. Laphroaig 10 year
Honey-Ginger Simple Syrup:
Bring 1/2 cup of water, 1/2 cup of sugar, and 3" of ginger root (peeled and sliced) to a boil. Turn off heat, simmer for 5 minutes, refrigerate overnight, then strain leftover ginger.
Add all ingredients to shaker with ice and then pour over a large cube in a rocks glass.
