After a little prep work for our impending doom of frost and snow, we figured we’d try something a little warmer than wine. Calvados is an apple brandy produced in the Normandy region of France. It’s exactly what you think it would be, the nose and palette split between apple and oak aged liquor aromas. Lots of options to try after this and I I look forward to falling down the rabbit hole.

Gin & Tonic is as popular as ever, especially with the increase of craft gins on the market. Tonic was developed in the 19th century, as a way to make quinine more palatable for British officers, who were at risk of catching malaria from India. While we're not so concerned with treating malaria with tonic water anymore, we certainly enjoy it in an Applewood G&T & are inspired by modern interpretations using botanicals such as rosemary, yuzu & mountain pepper!

1 1/2 ounces of Prohibition Spirits & HelloCello SPRITZ
Frozen Cranberries
In a champagne flute, pour Blanc de Blancs almost to the top. Add SPRITZ and garnish with 3 frozen cranberries. Wait for Satna to arrive or countdown to a New Year's filled with happiness, success, and a slight buzz...
