In 1938 it was purchased by John Corey, a visionary in the liquor industry. Corey grew the company from one retail location into a chain retail stores. He also opened a distilled spirits plant and import division in the 1950’s located in Boston’s Historic South End. JINGLE BELL PUNCH
A festive cocktail bursting with bright, seasonal flavors, making it the perfect holiday drink.
INGREDIENTS
2 oz Taffer's Browned Butter Bourbon
1 oz Cranberry Juice
1 oz Pomegranate Juice
0.5 oz Orange Juice
0.5 oz Maple Syrup
PREPARATION
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass or tin and shake with ice until well chilled
Strain into cocktail glass and garnish

GARNISH
Grated Nutmeg, Cinnamon, Cranberries, Pomegranate Seeds and Rosemary Sprig

INGREDIENTS:
• 2oz Absolut Vanilla
• 1oz Kahlua
• 1oz Espresso
• 3 Coffee Beans

DIRECTIONS:
Combine Absolut Vanilla, Kahlua and espresso in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain mixture into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with three coffee beans.

Negroni, but make it smoky this Thanksgiving!

Oaxacan Negroni
1 oz. Casamigos Mezcal Joven
1 oz. Italian Bitter Apéritif
1 oz. Sweet Vermouth
2 Dashes Orange Bitters
Garnish Charred Grapefruit Peel

Combine all ingredients into a glass mixer. Add ice, stir well for
30 – 45 seconds and strain into a rocks glass. Add large
ice block and express natural grapefruit oils from peel over
top of cocktail. Lightly char peel and garnish.
