Bittersweets are BACK for the holidays! 😋

If you’re unfamiliar with these little guys, they’re little cubes of 70% dark chocolate ganache without a shell, meaning they’ll instantly melt in your mouth!

Each little cube is rolled in cocoa powder to keep them separated. Due to their soft nature, they are kept refrigerated and brought to room temperature 30 mins before consuming.

Due to poor cell service it looks like our previous post did not actually post. Due to continued power outages from last nights storm, we were closed today and estimates show it will be several more days before we will have power restored. Fingers crossed that we will be able to open for the weekend. We will be sure to let you all know as soon as we’re able to open. We’re sorry for any inconvenience.
