We would like to thank the town of Protection for showing out today!! That was one of our best lunches ever!! Sorry I had to leave early today but the next time we are there I will be there longer and have a bigger menu!! Thanks to Country Stop LLC for inviting us down to set up in there parking lot!! We hope everyone enjoyed our bbq and we look forward to seeing you guys again!!

Hello Protection Ks!!! We are in town today for the first time ever!! We are located at Country Stop LLC right here on the highway!! My original plan got cut a little short on time due to another event but we are here from 11am-3pm ish!! We are excited to try out a new community and serve you up some delicious bbq!! He have brisket, pulled pork, chicken legs, sausage, coleslaw, baked beans, cheesy potatoes and Mac and cheese!! Hope to see you here !!
