10.5 Year Single Barrel Select, 1792 Bottled in Bond. 100 Proof

The year 1792 was both the year George Washington ran unopposed for his second term as President of the United States of America, and the year Kentucky joined the Union.

Five years later, in 1797, George Washington went on to open his own 2,250 sq. ft. whiskey distillery on Mount Vernon using Rye and Corn grown on his estate. When it burned down in 1815 it was one of largest volume producing distilleries in America. Even factoring in the total loss at the end it turned out to be a great investment for Ol’ George.

The 1792/Barton Distillery began producing Bourbon in 1879 under the name “The Morton Springs Distillery”. Sazerac bought the distillery in 2009, laying down this specific barrel in the Fall of 2014.

Bottle Signing Event with Horse Soldier founder Will Summers! Come hear the incredible story of these American Heroes (and of course taste through their incredible lineup of American made bourbons)

Will Summers is a retired U.S. Army Infantry Officer and served as a member of the 82nd Air Borne Division and Special Forces. Will was a member of the ODA 595 Special Forces team that was the first to land in Afghanistan in response to the attacks on our country on 9/11. Their historic and unconventional warfare experience earned them the moniker, “The Horse Soldiers”, and has been brought to life in the Hollywood film, “12 Strong”, as well in other numerous leading books and documentaries.

Event is for, but not limited to: Police, Veterans, and First Responders - come on by and bring a friend!

Garrison Brother’s Single Barrel Select!

Coming in at 135.2 Proof, this bottle is full of sweet but hot Oaky deliciousness.

The Texas climate with its dramatically varying temperatures greatly accelerates the aging process, in order to manage this Garrison uses “Quarter Barrels” to age their whiskey vs full size 53 gal American Oak bourbon barrels. This allows their Master Distiller to keep closer watch on each barrel, an expensive but thorough Quality Control process.

Our barrel in total yielded only 42 bottles. A great Christmas present for any Texas Whiskey lover!

Our Smoke Wagon Single Barrel Select has entered the building. 6 Years old, 113 proof, 51% Rye.

It’s great to see back to selling barrels. It’s been several years since they allowed Private Barrels sold and we are grateful to be the FIRST in DFW to have been selected to pick one.

Note: Full barrel is being shared with , so about half is available for our customers. First come first serve.

Our Maker’s Mark private select has arrived. In collaboration with we put together a beautiful one off Maker’s Barrel Bottled at cask strength (109.8 proof).

Sticker a riff on the man himself ‘s early 90’s Hip Hop group “Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch”.
