Our Signature Smoked Maple Old Fashioned 🥃
• 2 ounces of North Idaho Single Malt Whiskey
• 1/2 ounce of Maple Syrup
• 3 dashes of orange bitters
Method:
Smoke an Old Fashioned glass while building your cocktail. Add all liquid ingredients to a mixing glass with cubed ice and stir well. Strain into the smoked glass over a king cube and garnish with an orange peel.
Cocktail-ready maple syrup: Add one part pure maple syrup to one part warm water and stir well until the maple syrup is dissolved. Store in a container in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.

The Basil Gimlet.
Here at Up North Distillery, we replace the gin with our Honey Spirits to add an unexpected dimension to this beloved cocktail that delivers big on flavor with a quick and easy recipe!
Basil Gimlet Idaho-Style:
• 2 oz Honey Spirits
• 1 ounce lime juice
• 1/2 ounce simple syrup
• 5 basil leaves
Gently muddle the basil leaves at the bottom of the cocktail shaker by pressing the leaves and twisting them in circular motions. Add the remaining ingredients and a handful of cubed ice and shake well for about 15 seconds. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a basil sprig.
