🌟 Mark your calendar for another barrel drop day!🌟

Next in the “Straight Outta the Barrel” series is something VERY special. We are proud to release Rhode Island’s first bourbon whiskey finished in a sherry wine cask from our partners at !

This incredible whiskey is made from a blend of three and four-grain mash bills, aged for four years in toasted oak barrels and then transferred to aged Oloroso sherry casks imported from Spain. The final product is sweet, nutty and incredibly smooth at 108.8 proof. You will definitely be reaching for another dram as the leaves turn this fall!

Bottles will be available for purchase on another “Whiskey” Wednesday, August 31 at 9AM at our shop in Portsmouth. As always, this beauty is only available at Allen's, and for sampling at , , and Kitchen.

📢 It’s barrel announcement day! 📢

We are thrilled to announce our second private barrel of bourbon in partnership with our friends , , and . 🥃🥃🥃!

Next up in the “Straight Outta The Barrel” series is a beautiful, complex and uncut Bourbon from master distiller Greg Metze at . Greg is arguably one of the most important American distillers in modern history and is known for his range of techniques and unique mash bills. He is the former Master Distiller at MGP and is also known as the “Father of American Rye”.

Here are the stats: 🤓
6 1/2 years old, aged in Fort Collins, CO at 5,000 feet elevation
Initial sample proof: 111
Final bottle proof: 113.8
#4 char barrel, #2 char heads
Mash Bill:
51% corn
34% malted barley
15% rye
= 100% awesome

As always, this beauty is only available at Allen’s, and for sampling at , , and .

First up in our "Straight Outta The Barrel" series is an absolute masterpiece - a five year old, 130 proof bourbon from our partners at . This selection was a long time in the making, and we were so impressed with the final product. The yield was extremely low, so please stop by and grab this piece of our history before it runs out. This beauty is ONLY available at Allen's, and for sampling at our friends' , , and .
