Clear Creek Brandy.
Apple and grape brandies mature beautifully in French Oak barrels, which give them additional depth and complexity.
A distillation of the Northwest’s most revered fruit. We crush yellow Opal apples from the nearby Yakima Valley, then distill the mash in small-batch copper Eau-de-Vie stills. Aged two years in Limousin Oak and finished with glacier-fed spring water from Mt. Hood. Bottles at 80 proof (40% ABV).

Clonakilty Galley Head Irish Whiskey.

This is a new addition to the Clonakilty line. They have made whiskey with Barley grown on their family farm. Clonakilty uses a pot still to make their distillate. They then blend their whiskey with Irish grain whiskey and age it in ex-bourbon casks.
Bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof).

Garrison Brothers Cask Strength Single Barrel

It’s Friday, so we decided we should have two Garrison picks land today. Just in time for the holidays! We went back down to Hye, TX in early November. And as last year, it was so much fun. The whole experience is fantastic. But we did face a dilemma. Kim(aka my mom) joined me on the trip. Now usually we can come to an agreement on a barrel when we pick together. Not so much this time. So we figured, why not take two barrels? So here we have it, Adam’s vs Kim’s picks. An old school duel. May the best bourbon win!

Kim’s Pick - Barrel #14723. Distilled on 1/24/19. Dumped and bottled on 11/3/24. Bottled at 138.2(69.1%) proof. 30 bottle yield.

Adam’s Pick - Barrel #14841. Distilled on 1/27/19. Dumped and bottled on 11/3/24. Bottles at 138.9(69.45%) proof. 42 bottle yield.

Gantous & Abou Raad Arak.

This is a popular Lebanese arak that has been a best-seller for many decades. Produced from the Domaine Wardy family distillery in Bekaa Valley, Lebanon. Gantous Arak is made from fermented white grapes and is distilled three times, resulting in its pure, smooth taste. Its a Smooth, velvety taste with a strong anise flavor. Bottled at 50% ABV (100 Proof).

Rest & Be Thankful Single Cask Rums

We got in 3 different Jamaican single cask rums from the other day. They sound like some heavy hitters. We got two from . One is a 23yr distilled in ‘98 and bottled at 115.2(57.6%) proof with 177 bottles worldwide. The second is a 24yr also distilled in ‘98 and bottled at 117(58.5%) proof with 190 bottles worldwide. The other is from . It’s a 23yr distilled in ‘98 and bottled at 119.8(59.9%) proof with 175 bottles worldwide. All three are non-chill filtered and no color added. If you’re a rum fan, you won’t want to miss these🥃🥃

Bull Run Tapped & Cracked Blended Single Barrel

The last in our quadrilogy of single barrels. This is a fun one. It is a single barrel blended from two barrels. The first component in the blend is a 10yr American whiskey (99% corn 1% barley) finished just shy of 8 months in a maple cask. The second component in the blend is a 6yr bourbon(75% corn 21% rye 4% barley) finished for 28 months in a nocino cask. This blended single barrel is 72% maple cask and 28% nocino cask. Bottled at 120(60%) proof. 192 bottles🥃🍁

Amrut Nilgiris Indian Dry Gin.

This limited gin is made in small batches with selective and locally sourced botanicals. Amrut ages this product in ex-whisky oak barrels for four weeks giving it a nice golden hue.
Perfect for gin enthusiasts. Botanicals on the forefront are Angelica, Orange Peel, Tea, and Blueberry.
Amrut Distilleries have gained national recognition for their gin creations!

Ransom Genepi.

To honor the continued tradition of herbal Liqueurs that are made with Wormwood, Ransom creates this product with botanicals foraged at their farm in Sheridan, Oregon. The creation team used multiple infusions and distillations, only the best parts of the distillation is kept (the heart of the distillation), and use a direct fire alembic pot-still.

Botanicals include: Rosemary, Wormwood, Basil, Szechuan Peppercorn, Oregano, Dandelion leaf, Dandelion Root, Mint, Douglas Fir, Prunus Serotina, Oregon Grape root.

Bottled at 42.2 % (84.4 Proof)

ODVI Armagnac.
Pronounced eau-de-vie, it is from Bas Armagnac in Gascony, south west of France. ODVI is aged two years in French oak barrels. The Distillate is made with 3 different grapes (45% Baco, 40% Ugni Blanc, and 15% F***e Blanche). It is distilled only once using a continuous Armagnac Still.

ODVI Armagnac is bold, full-bodied, fresh, fruit-forward, and peppery and is the perfect introduction of Armagnac for Bar Tenders, Cocktail lovers and Conscious customers.
