We recently went north to southwest Washington (Vancouver) to make a collaboration beer with our friends which is now available and while there check out our showcase which ends at the end of this month.

This Saturday, July 20th!
International craft beer, cider, and culture festival FUJI TO HOOD is bringing Japan to Oregon at The Redd event venue in southeast Portland. The biennial event only comes to the U.S. every other year, and in off years is held in Tokyo, Japan.
The collaboration beer festival features 22 breweries and 3 cideries from each country, teaming up to make 25 original creative beers and ciders exclusive to the festival.
But this is more than just a beer fest, as it also combines local Japanese culture from artisan craftsman, to traditional food, music, dance, arts, even martial arts and vintage cars.

🍻Chromatic Chameleons (they spelled it this way) -
A nice, juicy hazy IPA just for Pride month. With a soft body, mild sweetness, it is double dry hopped with Mosaic, Strata, and El Dorado and has hints of peach rings, honey dew melon, and strawberries.
🏆Cosmic Champion - The latest edition in a hoppy sour series. Loaded with orange zest and dry hopped with Idaho 7, this delightfully tart beer is a crusher!
🫐Curse Breaker - Sour ale brewed with a ton of blueberries. They’re amazing sour base helps these berries shine through!
🍺Guava Dawn - Mixed culture complexity combines with a whole lot of pink guava for balanced acidity and bright fruit character.
🤠Hacky Sack H***y Tonk -West Coast IPA brewed with Citra & Alora. You’ll get bright tropical notes, a touch of passionfruit and a citrusy bite.
🍍Moonstone -
Sour Ale with Mango, Orange and Pineapple. Powerful mango and pineapple doses make this fruited sour one of the best tropical releases of the year.
🇺🇸Prehistoric Pirouette - This is an American Rice Lager that is, of course, brewed with rice! Toasted rice flakes and puffed jasmine rice for the additional depth of flavor with this super refreshing and drinkable lager.
🍊Shadow Memories - This golden sour is tinged with tangerine-orange highlights and sports a crisp white foam. Prominent stone fruit from the addition of apricot and crisp and sparkling with a medium body, a light sweetness and almost no bitterness to the finish.
🌍World Wide Wallabies -
Hazy IPA brewed with Nelson Sauvin & Motueka. Get some of this draft only Haze with NZ hops before it’s gone!
🚀Yacht Rocket- Blast off with this delicious tropical Passionfruit Sour Ale with Coconut.

We did a thing with our friends aka After working on the recipe and tasting through a few different juices and options, we nailed it!
This Cider is a dry, rosé inspired cider that is perfect for crushing on a hot summer day in Oregon.
They used a touch of Pinot Noir & Strawberry juice to balance out this delicious, refreshing, and Upstanding cider!

We’re continuously working on elevating our cider selections and offerings so that each of our cider producers is properly represented by us and within our catalog.
Pinball Cider is a nomadic hard cider brand that bounces around across the Pacific Northwest. With a palette for naturally fermented dry ciders with little intervention, these hard ciders celebrate the unique characteristics of rare cider apples grown in hidden orchards throughout Washington and Oregon.
