Pomfret wine and spirits will have a sampling tonight between 5-9. On Charles Woodson intercept Cabernet Sauvignon. Aromas of blackberrys, red currants and dried herbs.
Wine is Full-Bodied with flavor of baking spice and ripe fruit with a long, fine grained tannin finish. Pair with BBQ steaks, Braised short ribs and lamb chops. Stop by for a sip and say hello.
