Cutthroat Trout Blanc, coming from Teutonic Wine Company in Willamette Valley, Oregon. A 50/50 Chardonnay and Pinot Noir blend, this is go to wine for any fish dish! Light and Crisp, it’s perfect for your steelhead trout, salmon or halibut. The wine is fermented with wild yeast from the vineyard site and the Chardonnay had a few days of skin contact before pressing. The blend of the two varietals were co fermented in neutral oak barrels for 5months. Come grab a bottle while supplies last!!!

New!! Almarada, Malbec 2022. The wine is organic & biodynamic coming from a single vineyard in the Tupungato appellation in Unco Valley, Argentina. The picturesque high altitude landscape brings out bright acidity and structure to the grapes. The wine is clean, deep, bright acidity, good tannins, violets, red fruits and strawberry notes.

Where Ya PJ’s At? Is a skin contact Pinot Gris blend. Made by Maloof Wines, a husband and wife winery team based in Willamette Valley, Oregon. They focus on often overlooked or misunderstood white grape varieties in addition to making some fun and funky cuvées of all colors. Farming is organic/biodynamic and vineyards are dry farmed. The Pinot Gris was fermented on the skins for 21 days and is fun, energetic with soft herbs and hard candy aromas.

The 2022 Evening Land Seven Springs Pinot Noir is coming from 40 year old vines and aged 6 months in neutral French Oak and finished aging in concrete containers. The wine is expertly crafted by two top figures in the Wine World, Master Sommelier Rajat Parr & Sashi Moorman. Lucious red cherries, crushed raspberries, pomegranate, earth and black tea. 93 points Wine Enthsiast / 93 points James Suckling

New label for a familiar friend. Stolpman Vineyards-La Cuadrilla, Syrah blend from Santa Barbara 2023. All profits of this wine are returned to the crew members & farmers at the vineyard. This promotes a better quality of life for their employees and keeps the farmers employed year round. Wine tastes better when you’re helping someone out!

Caterwaul winemaker Thomas Rivers Brown has thirty 100-point wines to his resume, working at iconic wineries like Schrader Cellars, Pulido Walker, Outpost & Far Niente. He has been labeled by Wine Spectator as having the Midas Touch and was elected as one of Food & Wine Magazine’s Winemaker’s of the year. This cult Napa Cabernet is definitely worth a try!
