Bourbon insiders have long acknowledged that full proof bourbon has a distinguished and rich flavor. This bourbon underwent a distinct filtering process,forgoing the typical chill filtration and passing only through a plate and frame filter. This allowed the bourbon to maintain a robust proof for bottling, as well as a full, rich and bold flavor. Bottled at its original 125 barrel entry proof, just as it was years ago when the barrels were first filled, 1792 Full Proof Bourbon is exceptionally distinct.
Tasting Notes
Strong and full of flavor, this bold bourbon boasts an incredible deep and smoky taste, superbly balanced with sweet vanilla and notes of caramel.

One last fun fact for you – Jim Murray, a prominent whiskey writer that I know little about, selected 1792 Full Proof Bourbon as his 2020 world whisky of the year.

This bottle will feel right at home on the top shelf of any bar or collection. Cheers.

is new to the outstanding line up of craft goodies available at Portside Liquors Plymouth. Our new friends Widow Maker Brewing from Braintree MA just dropped Blue Comet. This pillowy soft ipa is packed with simcoe and comet hops. The tropical notes shine complemented by a soft biscuity malt character.
Owl vs Unicorn bring two amazing breweries together for one amazing new brew. and combined the best qualities of Santilli and Ninja vs Unicorn to create this epic IPA! Hopped with Amarillo, Mosiac and Simcoe they made a light bodied, dry finishing beer that still delivers the juicy fruit notes. Bright and clean with a nice piney bitterness. Truly the best of both brews shine through.
