Plain Folk General Store

As you may or may not know, we (John & Vicky owners of Plain Folk Cafe - Music and Coffee House) have bought the old general store building in "downtown" Pleasant Plain, Ohio and will be opening a brand new business inside of those walls which has housed a general store since at least 1899! Our original plan was to open this Fall of 2020 but of course then that pesky little pandemic monkey-wrenche

d our plans a little bit...HOWEVER, plans are getting back on track and we have begun the task of getting this new business open. The "Plain Folk General Store" will be opening soon-"ish" and will offer a variety of products: basic groceries & supplies, to***co, a great selection of craft and domestic beers, wine, etc. But what we are most excited about is the food-service component which will feature: fresh-baked pizzas, chicken wings, burgers, deli counter, and MORE!!
