So, my friends, yesterday was my last day at the deli. It was a rather painful decision for me and yesterday was quite emotional. I want to thank my family for asking me to join them. The memories I made with them over the last 4 years are priceless…..especially our first try at grinding hamburger….. Matt, I’ll never forget your face as the burger was shooting out at me. I’ve worked with the most awesome people (especially Karen LePage, Dana Fowler, Belinda Winterbottom and Joanne Gardner) and my customers have become my friends. I can honestly say that I had the BEST customers! Thank you all for all of your support and your help to make “my” deli so successful. A special shout out to the staff at Beekmantown school(s), Nova Bus and CVPH….your trust in me to handle your catering needs is so immensely appreciated!
I want to thank the new owners for allowing me to stay on these last months. Please take the best care of my customers, my friends….they deserve nothing less.
