This "liquid brownie batter" was aged exclusively in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels and finished out at a mighty 14% ABV. Each barrel of this milestone vintage saw multiple additions of Madagascar vanilla, ultimately aging with two full pounds of vanilla beans over the course of a year.

Just tapped #11 Birdcage Theater, 8.4% ABV DDH Hazy Double IPA.

“Big, full, juicy, & sweet. A hazy lover’s hazy ipa. Huge, dank aromas of overripe tropical fruit, juicy melon, & berries are met with a full-bodied palate of fruit candy & bubblegum. A slight notes of fresh sage in the finish stands in contrast to the bombastic fruit flavors & brings the palate into balance. Located in Tombstone the Birdcage Theatre is a former brothel that was known as “the wildest, wickedest night spot between Basin Street & the Barbary Coast.” Legend has it that 26 people were killed there & there are over 140 bullet holes left in the building. People report paranormal experiences, with some being touched by unseen forces, spirit sightings of prostitutes & cowboys, & the sounds of music & laughter late at night“

Open a little early today with 2 New Beers! We’d like to welcome Phantom Fox Beer Company out of Mesa, AZ.

Snare Trap: Classic, old-school West Coast profile, with big, sticky, dank, weed-like qualities in both flavor and aroma. Bright orange peel and ripe stone fruit, tropical passionfruit dominate the profile, with a solid backbone of classic pine. Floral notes come through in the finish, which lingers on the palate with a firm but pleasant bitterness.
HOPS: CTZ, Elani, Mosaic, Comet
