Happy Thursday friends & neighbors!!! The neu-wagen made yet another stop at our little desert oasis!! This little Cahors Malbec just went on by the glass (it’s an absolute delight!!), and we have sent our socks on a trip around the globe since they were previously knocked way off with our glee in getting some of “music for lovers” gewurztraminer!!!! Also!!! This touraine chenonceaux Malbec Cabernet franc blend is our latest flame!!! Whether the “storm” and come by and see for yourselves!!! See y’all soon!

Happy Saturday friends!!! The new truck made another stop here yesterday…and we’re pretty lit up over it!!! Mad neat, neat, neat new stuff like this delicious sparkling semillon from , a delightful new German Pinot Noir from or a ridiculously yummy (and head scratchingly inexpensive) Chianti Gran Selezione from !?! They are all here and eagerly awaiting a new home! In unrealated news found his pin and found a perfect place for it on his Levi’s jacket!!! See you soon!!!

Welcome to middle week friends!!! How’s about some more new holy moly white wines for your enjoyment!!! blanc!? Citrus peel and happy fun times! sauv blanc!? A Super crispy Slovenian delight… Bianco secco…amazed we were able to get some more of this little lovely. A truly remarkable blend of garganega, chard, trebbiano & sauv blanc from this iconic veneto producer (so good)…and cassis blanc!? Not only is it one of the most beautiful places (winery or not), and as our friend MS Michael Jordan would emphatically tell me it’s one of the world’s greatest wines to have with shellfish…well let you find out for yourself!! Happy Friday yall!!! For your viewing (and more importantly tasting) pleasure may we present these lovelies!! Pat is very much into the “Lagar de Baixo” which offers up plenty of snap with herbal tinged dark red fruits. We were wowed by the wine’s bouncy acidity and purity of fruit. The combination makes for a really exciting drop!! is wowed by the wines…Ronchi di Cialla is a historic producer in the Collio Orientali del Friuli, just under three miles as the crow flies from the Slovenian border. Ronchi means “hills,” and Cialla, the name of the valley comes from the Slovenian word cela which means “riviera.” It was given this name because it had a microclimate similar to the Mediterranean with its olive trees and other Barbary-esque plants. Both red and white are mad versatile and are perfect for our climate and cuisine!!

Gday and welcome to the working week everyone! We are absolutely resolute in our willingness and ability to flex on some of the more…well, distinguished wine royalty that haunts our shelves… , anyone? We also have this lovely library 6pk…if your asking: wayfarer? Well, it is the manifestation of a remarkable place, masterful winemaking, and the drive to go to extremes to create something truly exceptional.
After nearly 30 years as an acclaimed Napa Valley vintner Jayson Pahlmeyer became increasingly entranced by the wines of Burgundy. “Every oenophile eventually gravitates to the wines of Burgundy,” he says. In the early 1990s, Jayson began seeking out the finest Pinot Noir and Chardonnay vineyards in the world.
A close friend, legendary French wine importer Martine Saunier, had located two parcels for sale in Burgundy – Clos de la Roche, a Grand Cru Pinot Noir vineyard in Côte de Nuits Grand Cru, and Corton Vergennes, a Grand Cru Chardonnay vineyard in Corton. His winemaker, Helen Turley, was to make the wine with the hands-on assistance of the renowned Michel Niellon at his Chassagne-Montrachet winery. However, just after the papers were signed, the deal was nullified by an obscure Burgundian real estate clause that permitted last-minute alternative offers.
Though these iconic vineyards faded from his dreams, Jayson knew that, eventually, the perfect site would present itself. He just didn’t realize it would be six years later in the remote hills of the Sonoma Coast at a small farm called Wayfarer. Come on by and experience it for yourself while you can.
