We are seeking donations of non-perishable items such as canned fruits and vegetables, soups, proteins, peanut butter, rice, beans, cereal, and pasta. Your contributions will directly support families in need. Drop off your donations by November 30th. Together, we can create a stronger community.

April is National Month of Hope. As our community's needs evolve, we want to help impact and help improve the quality of life for everyone in our community.

We are partnering with St. Mary's Food Bank to collect non-perishable food and water for members of our community in need. Our collection starts April 1st and concludes May 31st. Carrying the drive through May will also coincide with the end of school, and the increased need for families to fill their cupboards to help cover additional meals at home. In choosing this time of year we're helping to bridge the gap, and remind everyone that there is a need for food all year long not just at the holidays. Your donation helps fight hunger.

Right now, St. Mary's is in critical need of peanut butter and canned vegetables. They will gladly accept all non-perishable food items but these two items are critically low in inventory.

As an added bonus, we would like to offer you $5 OFF a $15 Purchase when you donate 5 items of non-perishable food or a case of water.

Each year on Dec. 7, Pearl Harbor Survivors, veterans, and visitors from all over the world come together to honor and remember the 2,403 service members and civilians who were killed during the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941. A further 1,178 people were injured in the attack, which permanently sank two U.S. Navy battleships (the USS Arizona and the USS Utah) and destroyed 188 aircraft.

On Aug. 23, 1994, the United States Congress designated Dec. 7 as National Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day. Every year, remembrance events are held at the Pearl Harbor National Memorial, culminating in a commemoration ceremony on Dec. 7.
