1oz Raspberry Syrup (Homemade is always best)
5 Dashes of Fee Foam (Egg white substitute) or 1 Egg White

We had such an amazing day serving a wine tasting at a local HOA Event in Peoria, AZ.
About 120 guests attended, each welcomed with champagne! Our tasting included 5 wines a long with pairings to match.

What's the history behind the Manhattan? 💭🥃

It's said that the drink was invented at The Manhattan Club in New York City by Dr. Iain Marshall. This was a signature drink that he created for a banquet being hosted by Winston Churchill's mother.

Many say that's not entirely true, and argue that it was created as an homage to the Manhattan Borough. 🗽

We may never know the exact story of how the Manhattan came about, but either way we'll cheers to creation of this great drink 👏🏼
