The time has come for our best gal D to spread her wings and fly off to new adventures! We’re going to miss her stellar wine recs, her insightful book club thoughts and her undying love of kettle chips with Frank’s hot sauce something fierce around this place. But that also means we’re looking for someone special to fill her very big shoes. You may know her as the brunch baby-whisperer and Bloomsday’s resident wine expert, but we know her as both our General Manager and our Beverage Director. I’m fact, we’re growing so fast that we’re looking for TWO people to full these positions. ABOUT : Majdal Bakery is a Middle Eastern bakery in Queen village opened on November 15th 2024, specializing in pastries and other baked goods traditional to the occupied Golan Heights region in the Middle East. Owner & baker Kenan Rabah moved to the United States in 2015 from the town of Majdal Shams to attend culinary school. His passion for baking landed him a job at Lost Bread Co, and after five and a half years of making bread, he decided that it was time to introduce his culture to the Philly culinary scene.
