🔥 2.5 oz Shady McCoy Bird Gang Kentucky Bourbon
🔥 Spritz of absinthe (glass rinse)
🔥 1 sugar cube + ½ tsp cold water
🔥 4 dashes bitters
🔥 Lemon peel garnish

1️⃣ Rinse a chilled rocks glass with absinthe
2️⃣ Muddle sugar, water & bitters in a mixing glass
