I’ve forgotten to post lately, we’ve been busy prepping for the cold.
Wild side Spring cleaning in January.
And most importantly running new menu ideas.
I cook grains, beans, lentils and rices daily so you’ll start seeing a few containers of whatever I’m working on. What’s better than perfectly cooked plain grains making your meal that much easier?
Today I made orange ginger shrimp bowls, street corn, edamame salad, beef stuffed peppers, Butternut Apple Soup and much more!!
Tomorrow I’ll be making my last batch of Eggnog Pudding, so delay!! I have a list of requests but I’ll have plenty extra.
We make our own lettuce mix and I am ESPECIALLY fond of the winter mix we have been getting from a local farm. It’s perfect
