All of us have had to make sacrifices at one time or another.
And when you really think about it, we do it daily. Those are the smaller sacrifices that help us bring balance to our lives.

But this weekend I'd like to respectfully, give my thanks to our Veterans.
Young and old, they've sacrificed more than most of us ever will!
So, please join me in honoring our Nation's true Hero's!
Let them know, they have not been forgotten. Not today, not ever!
"Thank you for your Service...
Your Sacrifices...
And Your Pride."
Which is evident, when you display your Branch of Service on your favorite Ballcap, T-shirt, Jacket!
You are appreciated more than you know!

If you've been outside today, I bet the first thing you noticed was the bite in the wind! That makes it downright chilly!!
Your first line of defense is to cover your head and protect your ears.
If you've misplaced your knit cap, we've got you covered!
These "Maine" knit caps are a favorite, year after year!
A few of you have
stopped in over the past few weeks asking about this exact knit cap, and I'm happy to announce their arrival in our shop!

And it's cold!

Something as simple as a new Kitchen Towel can be all you need to spruce up your kitchen!
Afterall, when you consider how many hours you spend there each week, it's a great way to make food prep more fun!
These would also make a wonderful gift for someone setting up a new camp for the first time.
Come on in and pick out your favorite. I've already picked out mine!

What a week this is going to be!!
PATTEN PIONEER DAYS!
The Caravan of Campers, RV's, Travel Trailers and lots of Out of State License Plates, have been pouring into Patten since yesterday!

We just received our shipment of books, and while most are favorite restocks, we have a couple of new ones that might strike your fancy!
It's the Lazy Days of Summer, so enjoy it turning some fresh, new pages!

This past week we had our extremely talented artisan, Kim McNally, add a few more items to her collection of wood turned bowls.
Her skill and creativity just takes your breath away!
Unfortunately, these photos just don't do it justice!
If you're in town anyway, stop by and see for yourself!
Any of these items would make an excellent choice if you're in need of a Wedding gift.
An heirloom that would be treasured, now and in the years to come!
