An Incredible Red Blend for Cool Spring Weather!

At Bevy’s Liquor World, We taste hundreds of wines a year to handpick only best ones for our guests. About a year ago we tasted the wines of Languedoc-Roussillon superstar Gérard Bertrand and we went big. We were fortunate to taste the new vintages that are available now, and the wines showed beautifully and went from strength to strength. The former Rugby player that worked for his father at his family's Château de Villemajou in Corbières, where he discovered his deep passion for viticulture and winemaking. He established his own namesake brand Gérard Bertrand in the early 1990's, to develop a range of wines from the South of France. Since then, he has established himself as one of the pioneers of Biodynamic farming and has created a world-class portfolio of wineries. We have a special wine from him, that we know you'll love.

2021 Château L'Hospitalet La Clape Grand Vin Sud de France. Located in Languedoc, in the Narbonnaise Regional Natural Park overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, and known for its high cliffs, canyons, valleys, pine forests, vineyards, and scrubland. Crafted from 57% Syrah, 28% Grenache Noir, 11% Carignan, 3% Cinsault and 1% Mourvèdre. Layered aromas of plums, black cherries, garrigue, pink peppercorn and church incense. On the palate the wine is opulent and rich with red stone fruits, cherry confiture, dark chocolate, and wild herbs on the polished tannins. This wine is simply delicious and would pair well with a steak with garlic drawn butter and pan roasted vegetables. I recommend decanting this for one hour.

An Opulent Style of Vino Rosato, at an Everyday Price!

At Bevy's Liquor World, our love for Piemontese wines from Italy borders on obsession. Bricco Carlina's story goes way back, they were growers first and sold off all their grapes to local wineries. 11 years ago, the sister and brother team of Camila and Francesco decided to start making wine under the Bricco Carlina brand. They have since opened a small guest house in the vineyard called La Casa Di Maria right in the heart of Langhe with views in every direction. Organic farming and viticulture with modernist winemaking techniques, assure you that the wines are fresh, bright, and approachable upon release.

2022 Bricco Carlina Venerdi Vino Rosato Grinzane Cavour is crafted from a vineyard in the village designated a UNESCO World Heritage site. Crafted from Merlot, with aromas of strawberries, peaches, and savory herbs. The mouthfeel is lively and leans into a richer style of Rosé. The mouthfeel is an abundance of white stone fruits, strawberry tart, Jonathan apple and finishing with a savory structured finish.

Ellen, our illustrious wine buyer and I have now started calling it "Unicorn season", as this is when a boatload of delicious wines at insane pricing come across her desk. Utiel-Requena, the wine producing D.O. in Valencia, Spain has an ancient history in regard to wine production. Archaeological finds in ancient Iberian settlements, such as the one at Los Villares show that grape growing and wine production in the area dates back 2,600 years. With 80,475 acres planted there, we're talking about one of Spain's greatest and under the radar wine producing. We are confident you're going to love this wine.

2023 Kiki and Juan Vino Blanco Utiel-Requena Valencia, Spain is a project between Kerin "Kiki" Auth Bembry and John "Juan" House, of the critically acclaimed O**m wines from Oregon. They met on a bus in Spain in 2011 and formed an instant connection that is expressed in this delicious wine. This is a certified organic crusher, that comes in a 1 liter bottle and expresses the sun-drenched terroir of southern Spain. Crafted from 90% Macabeo and 10% Sauvignon Blanc. Aromas of Golden Delicious apple, Mirabelle plums, lemon blossom and white tea. The mouthfeel offers an abundance of preserved lemon, pear, wild herbs and distinct minerality on the structured finish. Adaptable to a variety of different cuisines or all by itself.

Bevy's Liquor World is Colorado's newest Wine and Liquor store experience!

Bevy's is a Colorado original - - locally owned and operated. We were started by a local entrepreneur, Adam Krier, who has lived in the area for over 25 years. We think that buying alcohol should be fun, so the folks here are working hard to bring you the ultimate liquor store experience, including more in-store tastings, better deals, greater selection and the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff around.

Take a spin around our store and come get lost in our huge selection, swing by our tasting bar for a sip of something new or snag a couple of stogies from our humidor. We aim to be different than the typical liquor store by providing you with the very best service via a well-educated staff that includes several sommeliers, spirits specialists, and cicerones. In addition to our everyday low prices and an unbeatable rewards program, be sure to keep a look out for special coupons in the mail, in our emails, text specials, and on our social media posts.
