Santa’s Private Reserve by When he’s not delivering toys and spreading joy to the people of the world, you’ll find Santa shredding his electric guitar in the snowy confines of the North Pole. Fueled by toffee chocolate treats, Santa has been perfecting his pentatonic scales and writing songs for his first solo album under the stage name Kris “Hit Single” Kringle. When Santa told us what he’d been up to all year, we knew we had to brew a face-melting Toffee Chocolate Stout in his honor.

Burn out the day by & This punchy IPA blends the subtle bright aromatics of lemongrass with a rockin’ blend of tropical pineapple and mango bolstered by citrusy lime and grapefruit. It’s light body and snappy bitterness make this beer the perfect companion for sunny December days in beautiful Southern California.

This year’s Inspiration took us to Loza Farms, where Junior hand-selected two bales of Citra hops for us. The crew at Single Hill Brewing gave us a huge assist, getting these “Fresh AF” hops processed and packaged on the spot; we did our part by getting them into our kettles as quickly as possible. Enjoy your first tastes of the 2023 Citra crop, we hope you’re as excited as we are!

Other side of Paradise Other Side of Paradise made its debut as a draft-only booch in 2021, and we’re thrilled to bring it back (in cans)! This revitalizing hard kombucha is a fusion of delectable ingredients: organic Japanese matcha, organic Guatemalan pineapple juice, and locally-sourced wildflower honey from Mikolich Honey—crafting a dreamy tropical getaway within your glass. Color: Dark black, opaque
Aroma: Brown sugar, chocolate, molasses and some vanilla & cinnamon but also licorice/anise
Flavor: Moderately sweet with a gentle bitterness, medium body, some astringency, slightly spicy, some warming, a little carbonation and slightly mouthwatering

Roots and Radicals by & In collaboration with the very talented folks at Burgeon Beer we present you this delicious West Coast IPA. Brewed with American 2 Row and Pilsner malt, we kept this one light and easy going. Featuring Simcoe, Mosaic and Amarillo hops we get huge bursts of citrus, tropical fruit and a pleasant dankness. We love collaborating with our fellow brewers and this one doesn’t disappoint.
