This immersive experience will allow guests to enjoy a celebration of superb cuisine, fantastic wine, and fabulous friends. Chef Sara Bradley, Celebrity Chef and Proprietor of freight house and runner-up on season 16 of Top Chef and season 20 of Top Chef World Allstars will prepare specially curated Spanish dishes with locally sourced products, expertly paired with a selection of Spanish wines by advanced sommelier, Julie DeFriend, and sponsored by Wagner Wine & Spirits; co-sponsored by City National Bank of Metropolis. All proceeds benefit The Carson Center through the Fred Paxton Challenge For Charities.

Now that June is finally here, it officially feels like summer. You know what else that means? The 2018 version of PaBREWcah Beer Fest is right around the corner! We are extra excited for this year’s affair, as we’ll be offering up a special bourbon tasting in the VIP area! To commemorate the occasion, we decided to bring back the “Blind Taste Test: PaBREWcah Edition” video! Featuring last year’s beer-guessing champion Andy Wiggins, along with Jacob Waid from the Paducah Symphony Orchestra, Landee Bryant from Maiden Alley Cinema, Rachel Gilland of the Wagner family, and our Facebook contest winner, Neil Dawes. Martin, morning show host at Electric 96-9, Fish Adams, co-founder of The Paducah Bourbon Society, and Sara Bradley, chef and proprietor of the freight house for donating their taste buds!
