Jack And V***rs is a trusted supplier of quality electronic ci******es, e-liquids and other e-smoking devices in the Paducah area. While electronic ci******es have not been approved by the FDA as a combined product (propylene glycol, vegetable glycerin, ni****ne and food grade flavorings), many people find that electronic ci******es are a great alternative to smoking to***co. The “e-liquids” that a
re v***rized do not have the same products of combustion that may be found in traditional to***co smoke. The v***r that is produced from the electronic cigarette usually (but not always) contains a combination of water, propylene glycol and/or vegetable glycerin, ni****ne, and food grade flavorings. Are electronic ci******es intended to be used as smoking cessation devices? No, electronic ci******es have not been approved for smoking cessation. Although many people have claimed that making the switch to electronic cigarette use has greatly increased their success rates of stopping for good- we can not make any such claims or guarantees that they will have that effect on you. Ultimately it’s the user, not the device that decides to quit. What is the difference between an automatic battery, and a manual battery? Automatic batteries employ an electronic airflow sensor to automatically activate the heating element upon inhalation, while manual batteries require the user to press a button while inhaling. When I first started with e-cigs/personal v***rizers I thought I only wanted something that looked and behaved as much like a traditional cigarette as possible. However, it wasn't long after I started va**ng that my personal preference was the way the larger higher voltage manual batteries worked- even though they didn’t necessarily look or feel like your run-of-the mill traditional cigarette. It depends on what kind of battery you are using. The smaller cigarette shaped batteries should stay charged for 4-6 hours of moderate use, while an Ego battery should last you about a full day of moderate use. But as with any battery, you will get more/less time out of a charge depending on how often you use it. Either way, I believe it is always good to carry around 2 batteries in case "another one bites the dust", you will always have another one on hand. Now if you are wondering how long a battery will last over the course of its life, it would again depend on the frequency of use… I have heard of batteries lasting anywhere from a few months, to well over a year. Regardless of the fact that they are rechargeable, over time (like any battery) the performance will begin to deteriorate, and they will eventually die *tear*. A cartomizer is a cartridge with an atomizer built in. They usually contain some kind of filler material to soak up the liquid, with an atomizer (heating coil) inside so you get 2 functions in one device. A win-win if you will. Everyone has their own preference, but because of it's ease of use and taste factor, the cartomizer wins me over. What does “510" mean?
510 is the threading used for your atomizers and cartomizers. While there are different kinds available (i.e. 801, 901 etc.), I believe 510 are becoming the industry standard, and perform the best. It is for this very reason that everything Jack And V***rs carries is 510 interchangeable. What are “e-liquids”? E-liquids are the fluids that get v***rized by the heating coils, and what actually turn into the “smoke” that you will inhale. Although it may not taste exactly like to***co smoke, they come in many different flavors that many people find even more enjoyable than to***co smoke, and produce a similar sensation to traditional smoking in terms of how it “feels” in your mouth, throat, and lungs. E-liquids are usually either based in (PG) propylene glycol, (VG) vegetable glycerin, or many times a mix of both. VG has a thicker viscosity than PG, and will heat up at a lower temperature producing more v***r, but PG is known for producing a better (TH) throat hit. Most e-liquids contain ni****ne, and can usually be found in a variety of strengths. Generally 10-12 mg’s (milligrams) of ni****ne would be equivalent to a “light” cigarette, 16-18 mg. for a “medium” cigarette, and 22-24 mg. for a “full flavored” cigarette. I generally suggest starting with a lower strength, and working your way up if needed. Jack And V***rs will provide e-liquids with 0 mg’s of ni****ne upon special request. Is “va**ng” cheaper than smoking ci******es? The short answer is yes. Although using electronic ci******es/personal v***rizers require purchasing hardware that will initially cost a bit more than the average cost of 1 pack of ci******es, once you have the devices, va**ng is usually much cheaper. While there is no exact conversion, 1 ml (milliliter) of e-liquid is probably the rough equivalent of 5-8 traditional ci******es. I will let you do the math based on how much you normally spend for a pack…
