HeartFelt Creations
I began felting in late 2017. I returned from Italy after learning of my son’s tragic death. I was overwhelmed with grief. Singing was my only solace. Then I found felting, through my daughters need for small christmas ornaments which could survive outdoors, on her live tree. With my daughter and two grandchildren, we sat around the kitchen table that Christmas, and made ornaments... and I got hooked.
This activity was a meditation for me. It calmed me, the warm wool was lovely, this forgiving art was just the medicine I needed to come back into balance. It’s been fun and and sweet to create these objects of love.
I began selling hearts to friends and Wholehearted Chorus members in Monterey, Ca --donating 100% of the proceeds to Wholehearted Chorus scholarships. Everybody wins.

Many of the items pictured have already found homes, but I can create anything you like. Each item is unique, so the re-creation will be similar but never an exact copy.
