A lot going on this weekend before we close end of day Sunday. We do have maps for the huge 3 day yard sale weekend at the store (also pictured below). Don't forget to stop in and adopt a duck for the big duck race on Sunday 1 for $10 or 3 for $25, proceeds go to support the Orrington Historical Society. We are dwindling down our shelves but we plan on a busy food weekend so stop on by for a bite to eat. Lastly please drive with caution, patience and expect some delays getting through town!

On July 16th we will be sadly closing our doors. We are still looking for a buyer to hopefully be able to open it back up again in the near future. We will be liquidating current convenience store inventory and plan to keep most of our food menu going through that busy yard sale and duck race weekend. We are sorry to have to do this to the community, we appreciate all the support over the years and hope to see you in these final 2 weeks!

Today is National Small Business Day! We wanted to shout a few local ones that we used just today! Thank you to Hanscom Well Drilling for drilling our well deeper so we don't run out of water anymore! Wooly Ridge Greenhouse for helping us pick out the flowers for our barrels. Quality Cash Register in Brewer for helping us out of a jam with a new to us register for the ice cream window. Lagasse Lawncare for getting the grounds ready for opening day of ice cream tomorrow! Small Businesses rely on using other small business to surive and we appreciate ALL the ones that help us out year round!

After 4 years I have made the difficult decision to move on to a new chapter. The store is now officially on the market. It's a great opportunity for someone and has lots of potential to grow. The plan is business as usual and remain open during the selling process.
