End of the Year rewards members raffle update.

Thank you for everyone's patience with getting this raffle together.

VIPs raffle is finished and winners have been notified.

Rewards members:
Please comment below or come to the store in person if you would like to be part of the bourbon raffle or the free merchandise raffle. Please leave comments by March 28th. Please also do not call the store to enter either raffles. This should be done only online or in person. This raffle is eligible for everyone who was part of the rewards program in 2023.

Rewards members Bourbon raffle:
We have decided to change the raffle structure to better satisfy our customers. An announcement will be made on Facebook for when customers can come pick up their raffle tickets and deposit them into their desired Bourbon bottle raffle. A list of the available bourbons will also be posted at this time. Number of raffle tickets will depend on how many points each customer has.

There will be a binder with envelopes that have allocated bourbons listed with prices. Customers can place raffle tickets in their preferred envelope. Purchase only necessary for winning bottles.

Rewards members Free merchandise raffle:

Your names will be placed and picked at random for the chance to win a bush light rolling cooler. No purchase necessary.

One bottle per reward member. Any remaining will be available for the public.

We have had some customers place more than one entry per bottle recently. Please keep things fair. Currently when we see this happen we will just throw away those entries from said customer. We will now be contacting those customers if this issue continues and you will not be able to participate anymore in any of our raffles.

End of the year raffle reminder

Last day to acrew points will be December 31st 2022. Raffle will be pulled in January. Remember points are reset to 0 on January 1st for next year's raffles. Dates for the January raffle will be posted on Facebook.

There will be an allocated bourbon raffle for purchase and a free merchandise raffle as usual. Customers can only participate in one raffle. Customers will get a phone call in January asking which raffle they would like to participate in.

For free merchandise raffle
No purchases are necessary and the only requirement is to be an active member of our rewards program.

For allocated bourbon raffle
This is a raffle for purchase. There are no tickets needed or extra purchases that are needed to get into the raffle.
Customers will be split into tiers based on purchases made throughout the year. Each tier will have a different allocated bottle associated with it. If you choose to be part of this raffle, you'll be given the information of the bottle that you will be raffled into as well as the price of said bottle.

VIP customers (top tier)
This year you will be part of multiple raffles of highly allocated bottles. One bottle per winner. If your name is drawn for multiple bottles, you will get to choose which bottle you would like. The one that is refused will get re-raffeled to someone else within the VIP raffle. More information to come.
